SUPERB pergola made of 6060 aluminium profiles, composed of columns section 140 x 220 mm 4 mm thick and beams section 140 x 240 mm thickness up to 6 mm, the particular realization of the beams permits easily an integration at any time of vertical roller blinds with ZIP guides. The SUPERB model also has two predispositions for lighting using high performance IP67 LED strips, a 45 ° one directed towards the centre of the “living area” (direct light) and the other 90 ° oriented towards the blades (indirect light). The lighting predispositions are standard on the four sides in all configurations both in the freestanding and wall-leaning versions. The rotation of the blades is ensured by a 24Vdc IP67 electromechanical actuator operated by a control unit equipped with a “Safety STOP” function (blades automatically stop in the event of an obstacle during rotation). The motor is also configured with a wear protection system “AMS” (Anti-wear of Mechanical System) that protects all moving parts so as to minimize any future maintenance.
The last generation blades are made with a double chamber
“FORTE” (optional) or triple chamber “AGILE” (standard) profile
with a tear resistant sealing gasket on their entire length. The
blades are also laterally closed with special extended caps for easy
conveying, limiting sprays, rainwater towards the gutters; the pivot
pin is made of stainless steel, which is then inserted into a Teflon
bushing (PTFE). Water collection gutters are standard on both
sides at depth “P”, drains are conveyed into integrated rain gaps
in the columns. In cases where it is necessary, to carry water on
the opposite side (for example, leaning version with perpendicular
blades to the wall) it is possible to add two extra gutters on the
sides “L” (optional).

Blade profile model Agile with maximum dimensions of 200 x 38 mm made of aluminium alloy, the design has been designed to guarantee perfect ventilation favorized by the superior curvature, an impeccable resistance and an optimal protection against rain thanks also to the innovative “anti-vortex” closure system between blade and blade. It is supplied as a standard solution on all models and differs from the aesthetic point of view from the Forte version for a more marked gap-line on the underside between one blade and the other.
Blade profile Forte model with maximum dimensions of 200 x 38 mm made of aluminium alloy, it incorporates all the features of the Agile model with the addition of a high load resistance determined by a higher thickness. This model has been tested with a max. medium load of up to 300 kg/m² mounted on a SUPERB pergola with max. dimensions L. 4000 x P. 6000 x H. 2800 mm attached to a main wall. Supplied with extra charge, it differs from the aesthetic point of view from the Agile version for a minimum gap-line on the underside between one blade and the other.
