Roof module with adjustable bioclimatic blades to be mounted in existing load-bearing structures (inside the frame) made from 6060 alloy aluminium profiles, consisting of a perimeter frame 50 x 200 mm section and 200 x 38 mm section blades. The profiles that form the perimeter frame have been designed to make their fixing as easy as possible against the various types of surfaces. They are supplied pre-drilled and allow the passage of power and control unit cables. This is thanks to a special technical compartment in which both the upper part is covered with a Snap-On cover and the lower part is covered by the gutters.
The system also includes a sturdy blade-holding frame with a section of 50 mm and a thickness of 5 mm and rainwater gutters on all sides that can be drilled to insert rain pipes (not supplied).
The SEASIDE pre-treatment and powder coating protects all the profiles as standard.
The roof must be mounted level and the slope of the louvre blades is to facilitate the water drainage from the blades. This is guaranteed directly by the height of the holes of the blade-holding frame, it is therefore essential to the construction system.
The SKY 2 model also has two options for lighting with LED strips, one facing 45° towards the centre of the living area (direct light) and the other oriented towards the covering blades (indirect light). The option for housing the LED strips is standard on all 4 sides.
The blades rotate by means of an electromechanical 24Vdc actuator managed by a control unit equipped with a Safety-STOP system (the blades stop automatically in the event of an obstacle during rotation).
The engine is configured with an AMS (Anti-wear of Mechanical System) wear protection system capable of keeping all the moving parts protected to minimize any future maintenance.
The latest generation louvres consist of a two-chamber FORTE or three-chamber AGILE profile with a tear-resistant gasket along its entire length. They are equipped with extended aluminium side caps to guide rainwater easily and splash-free into the gutters. The rotation pin is made of stainless steel housed in a self-lubricating Teflon (PTFE) bush.

Possibility of draining rainwater downwards through a stainless steel cup (optional) by drilling the gutter directly on site according to the individual needs of connection to the rainwater pipes.
Possibility of draining rainwater laterally through a stainless steel slide (optional) to completely hide the drainage and the rain pipes, depending on the type of predisposition, in existing walls.
Blade profile model Agile with maximum dimensions of 200 x 38 mm made of aluminium alloy, the design has been designed to guarantee perfect ventilation favorized by the superior curvature, an impeccable resistance and an optimal protection against rain thanks also to the innovative “anti-vortex” closure system between blade and blade. It is supplied as a standard solution on all models and differs from the aesthetic point of view from the Forte version for a more marked gap-line on the underside between one blade and the other.
Blade profile Forte model with maximum dimensions of 200 x 38 mm made of aluminium alloy, it incorporates all the features of the Agile model with the addition of a high load resistance determined by a higher thickness. This model has been tested with a max. medium load of up to 300 kg/m² mounted on a SUPERB pergola with max. dimensions L. 4000 x P. 6000 x H. 2800 mm attached to a main wall. Supplied with extra charge, it differs from the aesthetic point of view from the Agile version for a minimum gap-line on the underside between one blade and the other.
