Product elements:

• Awning cassette with full-length hinged snap cover for easy inspection. The robust end caps are in stainless steel painted the same colour and provided with welded extensions for aligning and securing the side guides. CASE can be assembled in many different ways: under the upper part of the surround or attached to its front, both in direct contact with the various surfaces and indirectly by means of an additional inserted upper profile (optional) attached to special brackets.
  In spite of its compact dimensions, the housing for the bottom bar has been carefully designed so that it is completely concealed when the fabric is fully wound, a unique characteristic for vertical awnings with cassettes up to a width of 6000 mm and a height of 3400 mm.
  A highly functional aspect is the possibility to add illumination. A discreet, practical tear strip system reveals a groove for the installation of LED strip lighting.
  Six standard brushes protect areas where insects, leaves, dust, etc. could enter, these also allow the bottom bar to fully enter the cassette without coming into contact with the profiles.


• Side guides 40 x 42 mm with practical snap closure profile. The square shape and compact dimensions allow the awning to integrate discreetly in numerous architectural situations.
  The zip groove is 27 mm deep and designed to conceal the welding between the zip and fabric; two standard brushes cover the gap and prevent the entry of foreign bodies.


• Side guide snap closure profile flush with the cassette (optional). This is a valid aesthetic solution that aligns the sides of the awning with the cassette and acts as a practical cover for any control units, light dimmers and/or transformers and relative wiring.


• Fully retractable double-cavity bottom bar with side caps and gasket, featuring innovative design. The two cavities for the weights are completely independent of each other and the groove containing the fabric weld. Its ultra-compact dimensions of 38.5 x 30 mm make this bar one of the least voluminous in its category, without compromising functionality, because the weights are optimally inserted at each end so that the fabric is evenly taut over its entire width.


• Reinforced 93 mm diam. aluminium winding shaft that can be defined the heart of this new product. The solution is an important innovation in vertical awnings as the larger diameter guarantees greater speed for narrower versions, as well as better tautness for wider awnings.


• Tubular 230 V 50 Hz motor with adjustable limit switch (Electronic motor optional).


• Standard SCREEN or TUFF (mosquito net) fabric, as per our fabric swatches.
